Us)杭州西湖紧固件厂创建于1978年，是生产标准件的专业工厂，年产量9000吨。目前，企业有资产1200万元，职工190人，厂区面积10000平方米，系股份合作制企业。
企业一直坚持以“争一流的品质，创一流的服务”为质量方针。建立了完善的质量管理制度和产品内控标准，于88年先后通过“全面质量管理、计量和标准化以及ISO9002体系认证”等基础管理工作。建立了厂部、生产车间、班组三级质量管理体系。从原材料进厂到产品出厂，严格按照检验程序道道把关，保证将优质、合格的产品提供给顾客。企业全体干部职工齐心协力、共同努力，使企业数次获得“省出口商品质量保证生产企业合格证”、“出口机电产品质量许可证”、“企业出口创汇先进集体”和“重合同、守信用”等荣誉。
长期以来，企业在生产技术上积累了丰富的实践经验，且生产工艺先进，产品系列齐全，管理规范，质量稳定，产品远销欧洲、美加和非洲等国家与地区。产品有螺母与螺栓两大系列，采用标准有：美国标准ANSI、德国标准DIN、英国标准BS和国家标准GB。产品规格为：5/8"-4"；M16-100。同时，生产各类非标和异型紧固件。

Hangzhou Westlake Fastener Factory, established in
1978,is an enterprise specializes in fasteners with an annual output of
9,000 tons. It has a fixed asset of 12 million yuan and area of
10,000square meters. There are 190 members in our factory.
With the inspirations of “super quality and high-efficient
service”, Our factory has established a perfect quality-controlling system
and standard from workshops to offices and has gained the certificate of
ISO9002.From the raw materials to the products, we strictly control the
quality in order to provide reliable products. With the joint efforts of
our members, we have received various honors and certificates such as “the
Certificate of ISO9002”,”the Certificate of Provincial Enterprise that
Provides Qualified Products” ,”License of Enterprise that Exports
Qualified Products” and “Good Enterprise in Exporting” “Trustworthy
Enterprise”etc.
With rich experiences in techniques and perfect
management systems, we are enjoying good business both at home and abroad.
Our products sell well in American .Canada and Europe etc. Our products
include Nuts and Bolts with the standards of ANSI.DIN.BS and GB. The scope
of those are from 5/8” to 4” and from M16 to M100. We can provide
no-standard fasteners at the same time.
